Flowrox Progressive Cavity Pumps
With many innovative and patented features the new pump efficiency is significantly higher compared to conventional progress cavity pumps. It is also easy to install, saves power and maintenance time, offers longer servicing intervals with better pumping availability over a wide temperature and pressure range.
The precise Evenwall 3D-technology with 2-lobe rotor geometry allows for a rigid and tighter pumping unit compared to conventional progressive cavity pumps. All Flowrox progressive cavity pumps have a smaller interference between the rotor and stator reducing friction, with much lower starting torque and significantly higher pumping efficiency.
The direction of the pump’s suction connection can be adjusted stepless. This feature in conjunction with the shorter pump length allows easy installation into any new or existing pump installation.
Patented Technology
The most common failure in pumps is caused by problems in shaft sealing. Flowrox utilizes a one of a kind, patented shaft and seal allowing the mechanical shaft seal to be replaced quickly and without dismantling the entire pump or its extended shaft and coupling.
