Varvel RO & RV Gearboxes
Varvel’s helical bevel gearboxes are manufactured with two and three reduction stages and are designed for fractional and medium powers as mainly used in conveyor driving. The Varvel RO & RV gearboxes are especially suitable for outdoor applications thanks to long-lasting and service-free operation. RO-RV Series is designed according to ISO design standard and the robust framework is not subjected to significant buckling under running torque and external loads with positive outcome on oil seal tightness. Solid output shafts, foot, flange or torque arm fixing are fully available.
RO 2 – Two-stage bevel/helical gearboxes
Main use: bevel helical speed reducers for fractional and medium drives.
Range: 4 sizes, all aluminium pressure die cast.
RO – Bevel Helical gearbox with in-line input
Main use: fractional and medium drives.
Range: 6 sizes; aluminium pressure die cast up to size 3; grey cast iron from size 4 up; 3 stages.
RV – 90 Degree Input helical bevel speed reducer
Main use: fractional and medium drives.
Range: 6 sizes; aluminium pressure die cast up to size 3; grey cast iron from size 4 up; 3 stages.
